Tesla's historic Wardenclyffe laboratory is located on the Peerless Photo Products site which was designated as a State superfund site. The property is presently owned by the Agfa Corporation. The contaminated areas have been cleaned up. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation requires regular monitoring via several onsite and offsite test wells.
